Egress Shield is a Redington Gulf offering powered by Systancia, together with which it provides a multi-tenant and multi-site ‘Zero Trust’ private network access. Egress Shield is ANSSIR Certified in the field of ‘Identification, Authentication & Access Control’. It provides a single portal for secure access to all your applications – on-premise or cloud, allowing highly secure access to selected IS resources for all types of users via a single access without incoming flows and without having to open any network ports.

Egress shield has a unique two-tier architecture, where there’s no need to open any ports to the client’s IT system. The Mediation server is hosted and made available by the Cloud Provider. This server hosts all the administration of the solution. The Mediation server comes with a Multi-tenant approach allowing the Cloud provider to serve and manage multiple customers from a single access point (the Mediation hosted in the central cloud).

The Gateway server is deployed in the customer infrastructure as close as possible to the resources to be accessed, generally in the LAN. This server serves as a relay to open the tunnel between the user and the resources accessed.

Egress shield service licensing is per user based and can be subscribed for 12 months / 24 months/ 36 months/ 48 months.
